She/he would be responsible for: - Cross functional projects - Identify key projects being run across the company and ensure on-time and effective completion. - Governance &amp; PMO - (a) Run the daily / weekly performance governance for AACS, along with functional reviews as well, (b) Track the key outcomes agreed during these sessions, (c) Lead the Board and other senior management governance requirements. - Strategic projects - Design and execute key projects which are to be owned centrally. - Insights - Create data sets to identify business insights to assist better decision making. - Others - Support other initiatives from the CEO's office as may be required. - She/ he would be involved in critical decision-making and will get a comprehensive view of all aspects of the business.
