Job Description:

1.Manage end-to-end recruitment process viz. headhunting, networking, screening, interviewing and coordinating with clients and candidates.

2.Identify and motivate the rising stars in the organization and suggest career advancement opportunity.

3.Handle multiple executive search positions and delivering timely results.

4.To act as a Consultant to the senior leadership team /Board of various companies and helping them building their company by providing them exceptional talent OR helping them advancing their career.

5.Responsible for managing and maintain relationship with Clients to provide global standard of customer service.

6 Achieve KPIs on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Desired Profile:

- Excellent communication skills.

- Experience in mid to senior level of hiring (Non IT preferred).

- Leadership ability to control the whole process.

- Intellect, creativity and initiative to innovate and push the boundaries of what define success.

- Hands on experience in end to end Recruitment process.
