Role Objective: The Director, FP&A &amp; Fin Technology is responsible for helping to manage the overall company's planning &amp; forecasting processes, which includes consolidation, interpretation, and presentation of the total company financial results. This role will take a leadership position in bringing it all together working across the broader Finance Leadership teams. The ideal candidate will be able to combine the usage of technology and advanced analytics with strategic thinking to support the financial foundation of the company while guiding the evolution of the underlying business model.Success in the role will be the implementation of a shared vision for financial performance management and working to institutionalize that across the broader teams. In that design, a leaning towards forward thinking about how organizations utilize current and emerging technology to drive incremental capability, accuracy, efficiency, and competitive advantage in the Enterprise Performance Management space will be important. This role, while already a key role within any organization, will have the opportunity to showcase their leadership and innovative thinking within the leadership teams as this space is transformed into a competitive weapon. Key Responsibilities: - Support of the SVP, FP&amp;A &amp; Finance Transformation govern the execution of the overall company's financial performance and attainment of short and long term financial objectives - Leadership of the FP&amp;A and Finance Technology teams in Global Capability Center - Leadership role supporting the company's annual operating plan, monthly financial forecasts, and long range / strategic models.as well as establishing ongoing monitoring mechanisms to assure success - Preparation &amp; Facilitation of Materials for Weekly Business Operations Reviews, Close, Quarterly Business Reviews, Earnings, BOD Meetings, etc. - Challenging the company's existing business model in light of changing market dynamics - Provide analytical thought-leadership and lead projects that will deliver business value &amp; outcomes around key strategic business initiatives - Demonstrate a working knowledge of financials modeling (profit and loss, discounted cash flow, and other return on investment analysis) - Design of the underlying financial technology to support planning, consolidations, and analysis (systems/analytical capabilities, master data design, ecosystem integration, automation, etc.) - Engaging the broader teams to develop a capabilities roadmap in support of our planning processes, establishing development paths for the organization, and inspiring innovation &amp; action Required Skills: - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
