Responsibilities :
- Understanding client's ecommerce objectives/goals & our deliverables, and drive mutual success for the agreed KPIs
- Formulate & communicate key strategic recommendations based on client's context, strategy, and challenges
- Contribute ideas to grow the client's ecommerce business proactively
- Manage & drive performance of a team of Business Managers, Business Associates and others
- Coordinate with and be an internal client to the functions viz. Product, Fulfillment, and Marketing
- Own & drive monthly, weekly, daily client interactions (meetings / calls) - status reporting & reviews, insights, escalations, and forward strategy
- Own and oversee financial discipline (Forecast-Delivery-Payment) of the accounts, driving your P&L
Ping us if you have :
- 5+ years of experience, and demonstrated success in ecommerce (on brand/platform side or on agency / solutions provider side)
- Experience & capability in one or more area - Performance Marketing, Warehouse / Inventory Operations, And Ecommerce Marketplaces. Ecommerce experience will be a plus
- Have exposure to managing 10+ clients and have managed team of 5+ people
- Great planning and organizational skills, ability to lead projects & work with cross-functional teams and/or third-party partners
- Graduate Degree / Diploma in Business Administration / Finance / Analytics / Advertising
- Solid work-ethic: Results-driven, detail-oriented, structured in formal communications and a good presenter with a Professional & positive approach
