Minimum Exp - 1.5-2 Yrs

CTC - 8-12 LPA

Location - Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

- Your role entails complete ownership of the strategy and roadmap spanning across a variety of use cases and internal businesses

- You will build the product strategy and product roadmap for the functional charter/ platform feature in line team level and Flipkart goals and strategies.

- You will initiate and prioritize projects, and take the lead when determining the best implementation methods.

- You will be responsible to manage all aspects of this platform throughout its lifecycle, including product strategy development, customer insights/needs, and requirements definition

- You will also need to partner with business / domain leaders to define and balance trade offs between short term business objectives and long term platform development

- You would also manage a high-performing team (5 or more PMs), and would need to coach, guide mentor them to build a best in class platform

Requirements:

- BE/BTech/MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience and Post graduation in Management (MBA) or equivalent.

- Demonstrated ability of building seamless and scalable platforms / consumer products

- Strong data-driven analytical skills and be able to operate and thrive with partial information and ambiguity

- A track record of building and leading successful product teams

- Brilliance in communication - with focus on influencing a variety of stakeholders

- An entrepreneurial spirit

- An obsession with technology - pro activeness in developing understanding the potential of technology and how to convert it to solve innate consumer needs
