Senior Product Manager (Payments)

Key responsibilities :

1. Identification of key problems with payments product:

a. Survey, and interact with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders of payment products.

b. Create product roadmap, including iterating on customer value proposition, forecast impact on product KPIs, prioritize projects for implementation.

2. Owning & solving problems :

a. Partner with banks, FinTech's , and other industry players to solution out key problem areas, creating value for all in the ecosystem.

b. Engage with internal & external teams to execute and bring solution live.

3. Process improvement:

a. Assess process impact of product development, and drive improvement in product prioritization, allocation, development, and assessment processes in achieving key organization KPIs.

b. Structure & test frameworks for breaking large products or initiatives into micro projects with sustainable build, deploy and measure.

4. New initiatives & experimentation :

a. Ideate & drive new micro experiments to improve product & org KPI.

b. Convert experiments into larger initiatives at org scale or internal product scale.

Qualifications :

1. Mandatory :

a. At least 1 year of working in financial institution (Fintech / Bank)

b. Total experience - 3 to 7 years.

2. Good to have :

a. Undergrad from Tier 1 institute.

b. Located in Bangalore.
