Position - HR BP/Asst. Manager – Business HR

Organization - Annik Technology Services Pvt. Ltd.

Function - Human Resources

Location - Annik Gurgaon – (Enterprise Risk Management)

Reporting Manager - Vice President – People Practices.

Primary Purpose: Catalyze the organizational growth by the creating and sustaining a value driven work culture with the business stream, augmenting HR business support so as to enhance productivity, and build cultural sensitivity and effective cross cultural teams.

Key Accountabilities/Activities:

International-Compensation and Benefits - (30%)

- Design and can efficiently communicate country specific compensation structure and other allowances/benefits.

- Efficiently formulate country specific policies thereby ensuring compliance with the laws of the said country.

- Efficiently manage the allowance and compensation changes based on the global mobility framework vis a vis the tenure of the employee @ specific location, there by inform as stake holders accordingly.

- Benchmark country specific compensation against the market compensation data for the specific roles and design country specific salary ranges.

- Map the cost of resource deployment basis per diem, social security loading, transfer allowance etc. against each deployment.

- Benchmark country specific policies with in the industry comparator group and recommend changes from time to time.

- Efficiently communicate policy changes to all concerned employees and handle employee queries of employees spread across various time zones promptly.

- Effectively handle the complete PMS process for on-site employees as well as the local hires at international locations.

- Effectively handle the compensation revision and variable pay-out for on-site employees as well as the local hires at international locations.

- Support new entity set up at new locations, map legal compliances set up as well as map HR support vendor set up at different international locations.

- Efficiently coordinate with various HR support vendors on various services, i.e on boarding documentation, compliances, statutory benefits, social security elements, medical benefits, full and final cooptation, bonuses etc.

- Map various vendors on medical insurance benefits at different global locations and recommend suitable vendors for empanelment.

- Effectively handle the total rewards (R &R) framework for all global locations.

- Recommend right solutions basis cost benefit analysis on different deployment modes for deploying consultants in different countries, like setting up own entity, secondment, deployment through channel partners etc.

Global Resource Deployment Management – (25%)

- Identifying and Map various types of visas/ work permits/ secondment options so as to deploy resources at different global locations.

- Create and map a repository of employment laws, visa/work permit regulations etc. at the targets locations thus enabling the organization to deploy resources at the shortest possible time.

- Data mining on labor laws and global mobility.

- Efficiently manage relocation benefits, and implement and update global mobility framework (international relocation policy) in line with dynamic business needs .

Global Mobility Support – (20%)

- Effectively liaison with the channel partners on the Visa/work permit elements.

- Effectively work with the global mobility team to garner necessary documentation for work permit and visa purposes and track the process to completion.

- Effectively work with the global mobility and finance team on employee relocation elements.

- Interact and garner information from various government and immigration offices.

- Effectively conduct briefing sessions before visa interviews.

- Continuously seek and implement new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency of the global mobility process.

Employee Life Cycle Management/Employee Engagement – (20%)

- Manage the complete employee life cycle for the enterprise risk management division employees.

- Manage employee onboarding at various global locations.

- Map employee sentiment/ grievances through various employee interface elements line 15- day one –o-ones, 30/90/180/anniversary one o ones and track the issues to closure. .

- Work towards improving the ESS scores of the service line.

- Ensuring training needs traction for the service line and execute the skill development training certification for the business unit

- Responsible attrition management and managing the early warning system (EWS) for the service line.

Others and MISC. – (5%)

- Keeping abreast with developments in International Deployment/ Visa/ work permit rules and regulations by reading relevant journals, attending meetings, seminars and relevant courses.

- Have an understanding of visa/work permit processes for UK, Poland, GCC, Singapore, Hong Kong and wherever relevant, being involved complete resource deployment process.

Work Relations:

- Reporting to Head –Human Resources for all functional and admin issues

- Interfacing with all service level heads and managers and other employees based out of India as well as other global offices. (24 X 7 work environment) on all deployment as well as Employee life cycle issues.

- Interfacing with global insurance and or HR vendors at various global locations.

- Interface with Visa, legal and other deployment channel partners at various global locations.

- Interfacing with Finance, Technology, Transport, travel desk for any people or any other operational issues

Technical/Functional Skills:

- Adept in MS Office tools i.e. Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook

Soft Skills:

- Demonstrated Leadership ability

- Strong online research and compensation management ability

- Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to be pro-active, self motivated and self directed

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated commitment to attention to detail, leading to First time right on all compensation elements.

Qualification and Knowledge:

- Bachelors’ degree from an accredited university

- Masters’ in Business Administration - in Human Resources would be preferable.

- Demonstrable capabilities on advanced MS excel skills.

- Knowledge of visa/work permits process flow; statutory benefits in different countries, International relocation management with keen attention to detail shall be a big plus.

A. 4-5 years’ experience in international compensation and global mobility management.

- Working Hours: 9 Hours per day with 5 days a week (Should be flexible to work in 24 X 7 Work Environment).
