Position - Lead Trainer/Asst. Manager – Career Development Academy (Corp. Office)

Organization - Annik Technology Services Pvt. Ltd.

Function - Human Resources

Location - Annik Gurgaon

Reporting Manager - Vice President – People Practices/ Manager – Talent Management

Primary Purpose: Catalyze the organizational growth by the creation and implementation of Learning and Development Strategies/programs, augmenting skill inventory, enhance productivity, and build cultural sensitivity and effective cross cultural teams.

Key Accountabilities/Activities:

Training Delivery/ Program Implementation - (55%)

- Implementing the new hire on boarding/ induction program.

- Training Delivery: Learning and Development solutions to all the staff levels within the business unit/s.

- Deliver behavioral, skill enhancement, team building, and cultural sensitization, competency enhancement modules across various levels.

- Deliver targeted man-days of training as per the skill enhancement plan and also deliver adhoc interventions.

- Work with PIP cases and implement customized intervention plans.

- Deliver programs as per OD intervention plans.

- Implementation/Delivery of the Organization Assessment Centre for the Managerial Cadre

- Ensuring adherence to the Training calendar and the Organization Training Policy.

- Identifying the external trainers and co-ordination with third party vendors for organizing requisite training programs.

- Deliver targeted interventions or arrange for interventions basis the career enhancement or lateral movement programs as run by CDA from time to time.

Program Development – (20%)

- Identifying the training needs of the organization and infer the subsequent analysis.

- Create and map employee competencies thereby assisting in better job-evaluation, performance management and succession planning.

- Content creation; amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes in the work environment.

- Identifying, designing and implementing new training methodologies for employee development and interventions

- Designing and publishing the Organization Training Calendar on monthly and quarterly basis.

Monitor Program Effectiveness – (10%)

- Monitor the progress of participants; devise individual/departmental learning plans and recommend solutions on performance and potential areas of learning.

- Monitor business efficacy enhancement of the teams wherein targeted interventions are made basis post 90 day and post 180 day feedbacks.

- Implement the learning evaluation steps in order to map/ track the learning of the participants from Training Response to Business Impaction

- Implement Pre and Post assessment tools to track and measure training/learning effectiveness

- Analyzing the feedback scores of the training sessions and thus implementing necessary steps to improve training effectiveness when required

- Continuously seek and implement new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency of the trainings offered

Traction and MIS – (10%)

- Training Budget optimization and traction.

- Publish Dashboards capturing traction of the complete Training function.

- Improvise on skill inventory traction and map the same to business requirements.

- Ensuring Process Training traction for the organization and execute the Process training certification for the business unit

- Responsible for L&D policy ,process formulation and Implementation

Others and MISC. – (5%)

- Keeping abreast with developments in training fraternity by reading relevant journals, attending meetings, seminars and relevant courses

- Have an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning programs

Work Relations:

- Reporting to Head – Human Resources for all functional and admin issues

- Interfacing with all service level heads and managers based out of India as well as other global offices. (24 X 7 work environment) to gather learning gaps and implement solutions

- Interfacing with Finance, Technology, HR for any people or any other operational issues

Technical/Functional Skills:

- Adept in MS Office tools i.e. Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook

Soft Skills:

- Demonstrated Leadership ability

- Strong presentation and public speaking ability

- Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to be pro-active, self motivated and self directed

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service

Qualification and Knowledge:

- Bachelors’ degree from an accredited university

- Masters’ in Business Administration - in Human Resources would be preferable

- Certified Train the Trainer from a reputed Training firm.

- Trained on competency based interviewing skills/Behavioral interviewing skills.

- Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation

Experience:

A. 4-5 years experience in Learning and Development fraternity

- Working Hours: 9 Hours per day with 5 days a week (Should be flexible to work in 24 X 7 Work Environment).
