Location: Brookefield, Bangalore - Work from office (Monday-Friday/9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)

This is an exciting role and would entail you to:

1. Requirements Analysis and Solution Development:

- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and identify areas for improvement.

- Develop detailed product requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.

- Maintain an active sprint board and product backlog, ensuring prioritization based on business value.

2. Design and Communication:

- Design and create mock-ups and user journeys for various devices.

- Develop communication materials and lead efforts around product communication, priorities, and future roadmaps.

3. Agile Development:

- Engage directly and daily with development teams to track delivery progress.

- Ensure product acceptance and readiness at key phases of the delivery cycle.

- Work with Agile methodologies (Sprints, Epics, MVP) to facilitate efficient product development.

4. Stakeholder Engagement:

- Build strong working relationships with customers and internal teams.

- Conduct ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.

5. Knowledge and Expertise:

- Utilize knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce to inform decision-making.

- Apply working knowledge of key digital marketing concepts (SEM, Paid Search, SEO, Display advertising).

6. Documentation and Reporting:

- Perform requirements analysis and document the results of your efforts.

- Gather critical information from stakeholder meetings and produce useful reports.

Must-Have Requirements:

- Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce.

- Experience working in an agile development environment.

- Passion for technology and the ability to comprehend both technical and business topics.

- Well-versed in Agile methodologies (Sprints, Epics, MVP).

- Working knowledge of key digital marketing concepts (SEM, Paid Search, SEO, Display advertising).

- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication skills - ability to speak with impact and be persuasive.

- High transactional and dynamic environment experience.

- Ability to gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and technical teams.

- Excellent documentation skills.

This may be the right role for your if you have,

- Bachelor's/PG degree in commerce, or a related field.

- 5+ years in the Product domain.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Working knowledge of successfully collaborating within a technical team.

- Detail-oriented with good project management and organizational skills.

- Willingness to dive into granular data to find solutions.

- Ability to thrive in dynamic and demanding situations without prescriptive direction.
