Business Head - Data & Analytics

The Role:

With superior interpersonal & deep tech skills, solid P&L experience, and a visionary mindset, the Business Head would lead, nurture & grow Annalect India's Data & Analytics Services practice, partnerships, go-to-market strategy, delivery capabilities and solutions while fostering a positive, high-energy & high-performance culture.

Responsibilities:

- You will own P&L outcomes of Data & Analytics Services by defining vision for the business in alignment with Global, developing strategic plan, growing topline, controlling bottom-line, and building a culture of high performance.

- As a strategic thinker, you will own prioritization and planning of strategic priorities and investments within organization framework.

- Besides the direct roles and resources of your business, you are empowered to drive decisions on investments and headcount requirement of indirect roles which are part of central functions but dedicated to your business.

- Collaborate with global functional leaders on capability definitions, service offerings, delivery methodologies across various data and analytics services offered from India offices.

- Proactively innovate and build eminence for your business that will help in brand building across Omnicom Group and in marketplace that can help in growing business.

- As a thought leader, make an impact to agencies by introducing innovative product or services that can add value to agencies' revenue stream.

- Provide data and analytic leadership and drive consistency across all the programs and resources within the practice.

- Conduct periodical business reviews to ensure all stakeholders are satisfied with service delivered by the team.

Education & Experience:

- 15+ years of overall relevant experience

- 5+ years of senior level experience at an integrated agency, marketing analytics or a consulting firm preferred

- 10+ years of people management experience

- Experience and deep knowledge of audience clustering/segmentation/profiling, audience predictive modeling, marketing mix modeling/econometric analysis, budget

allocation/scenario planning, and market research techniques (e.g. custom survey research, advertising testing)

- Experience in delivery performance reporting via business intelligence platforms and tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Datorama, etc..

- Knowledge and experience with syndicated research sources/tools (e.g. ComScore, Nielsen, GfK MRI, Simmons, etc), marketing technology (e.g. Data Management Platforms), ad-serving (e.g. Google DCM, Atlas), web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), data sources (web click-stream, TV STB, 3P compilers online and offline, location providers, purchase co-ops/loyalty cards/credit and debit cards)

- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Information Management, Social Sciences, or business/marketing-related fields

- Advanced degree (MBA/MS) is preferred.
