Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop marketing strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Plan and execute all marketing, sales and client engagement related activities, building an effective communication program in sync with the company business objectives.
- Support and execute major marketing campaigns, Digital, Networking, Events and Lead Generation.
- Plan digital marketing campaigns, social media, content marketing including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, Wordpress and display advertising.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Experience and Skills required :
- More than 4 years of experience in B2B Marketing with IT or any software industry organizations.
- Understanding of marketing methodologies and blogging software (WordPress) in order to generate traffic and understand converting visitors into qualified leads..
- Demonstrable experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns..
- Experience in public relations, corporate communications, content marketing, or event management will be an added advantage..
- Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
