Key Account Manager - Pantaloons Format
- Achieving Sales Target for 72 locations.
- Plan stores target as per monthly business plan.
- Ensure communication & implementation of all schemes.
- Giving ideas & suggestions to all the managers & sales staff to create a successful sale.
- To ensure adherence of all SOP at store level
- Ensuring display of section according to the category
- Making schedule for proper supply of stocks basis the fill rate and tracking stock Movement.
- Follow up on stocks and maintain the global count reports.
- Maintain Competition data.
- Maintaining stock availability. Giving proper visibility to all merchandise as per their share of sale.
- Keeping track of fast moving & slow moving articles. Work on the action plan.
- Product sales analysis to ensure the actual sales meets the target.
- Plan & effectively execute optimum PSF return.
- Execute plan to increase sale ticket size & conversions.
- Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for brand promoters
- Providing guidance and support to the front-line team through goal setting & reviewing measures..
- Making weekly schedule for all staff.
- To check the grooming standards of the store staff
- To ensure proper hiring and training of store staff.
- Coordinating with RM’s to track weekly performance.
- Presenting weekly sales and stock reports to the Brand Head.
