ApnaComplex is the India's most used Apartment Management App with more than 6000 Apartment Societies in 80+ Cities across India running their Society Administration, Operations, &amp; Communication on ApnaComplex. We are looking for a Senior Marketer who will embrace our culture of Innovation, data-driven approach and join us in our ambitious journey to make ApnaComplex as the App used by every Gated Community &amp; Apartment Society across India! This role will be the responsible for developing, executing and optimizing marketing plans to achieve revenue growth and increase brand awareness. As a well-rounded marketer, you are going to determine how to best reach our target customers through a variety of different activities. You will get to contribute to end-to-end marketing strategies and campaigns, conduct pivotal research and have your insightful contribution develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels. Responsibilities : - Increase brand awareness among our target segment - Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels - Execute online- and offline marketing campaigns, mostly highly customized in order to fill and grow the lead pipeline with high-quality leads - Produce high-quality content for our customers such as market surveys, Webinars, Whitepaper, Case Studies, Blog, Videos etc. - Measure performance of all activities and campaigns, and assess them against goal (ROI and KPIs) and adjust strategy and activities based on that - Provide ongoing reporting, and develop actionable insights and test and learn approach to new initiatives. The role requires you to : - Dream big and chase them all - Be a hard-core problem solver. You understand 70% of the solution lies in getting to the bottom of the problem. You then break down complex problems into many simpler problems. - Be extremely objective. Shed all biases and pre-conceived notions. Understand conclusion is the last step of learning. Data drives all the decisions. Where there is no data, get some data. - Stick to big picture while executing at the lowest levels. - Be highly pro-active: Planned. Organized. Disciplined. You can never sit idle or clueless nor can have anyone else do the same. - Understand that anything can go wrong until you prove it right. Qualification : - MBA from Tier 1 and Tier 2 Colleges - Minimum 1 years of B2B marketing experience. SaaS experience is a big plus - Experience in Email Marketing is a plus - Expertise in with marketing tools/ applications (e.g.: Google AdWords, Google Analytics) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
