ANAROCK recently acquired a PropTech company- ApnaComplex. ApnaComplex is one of India's largest and fastest-growing PropTech disruptors within the Society & Apartment Management business. The SaaS based B2C platform is headquartered out of India's tech start-up hub, Bangalore, with branches in 6 other cities. It currently empowers 3,600 Societies, managing over 5.50 Lakh Households in over 80 Indian cities to effortless manage all aspects of running large complexes seamlessly. The organization was also amongst the top ten solutions launched at the Product Launch pad at the NASSCOM Product Conclave in 2010.
- Establishing Partner Brands with prominence on the App (ApnaComplex) - collaborate with IT
- Design campaigns across Social, Web, Emailers, etc
- Ensure high engagement with HHs across category pages - increasing DAUs/ MAUs/ Time spent per session
- Working closely with Services Heads & Activations team to structure Deals & Campaigns for festivals, events across cities & languages
- Use AI/ Data Science to ensure that HHs are targeted with customized campaigns/ Deals. Using AI/ Data Science with Category Heads to ensure data is analyzed on a real-time basis.
- Market information/ intelligence is used regularly to improve engagement
- Closure oriented with excellent numbers skills
- Multi discipline instinct since this job has strong dependencies on Tech & Data
- Strong on Digital thinking - ideally, full career in Digital companies
- Strong communication skills
