About the role:

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Business Partnering with both technical and non-technical business units.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, and develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

2. Talent Acquisition and Management: Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Support strategies for talent retention and career development.

3. Employee Relations: Assist in addressing employee relations issues, providing guidance, counselling, and support as needed. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

4. Performance Management: Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance appraisal, and feedback facilitation.

5. HR Analytics and Reporting: Assist in analyzing HR data and metrics to identify trends and insights. Support in preparing reports and dashboards to communicate HR metrics.

6. Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by assisting in change management planning and communication efforts.

7. Employee Engagement and Culture: Assist in implementing initiatives to foster employee engagement and promote a positive organizational culture.

8. HR Business Partnering: Support business leaders by providing HR guidance and support on workforce planning and talent management initiatives.

9. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of HR initiatives.

10. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the HR function and support implementation efforts.

11. Compliance and Risk Management: Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

12. Vendor Management: Assist in managing relationships with HR service providers and vendors.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.

2. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with exposure to HR Business Partnering or similar functions.

3. Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with business objectives.

4. Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

5. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing issues.

6. Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships.

7. Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

8. Ethical Conduct: High integrity and ethical conduct with a commitment to upholding HR best practices.

9. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.

10. Cultural Fit: Alignment with the company culture and values, including a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
