Job Description & Roles:
- To ensure sales through channels (Brokers & Alternate Channels) at active projects
- To maintain & expand organization's database of channel partners by increase width and depth of its distribution channel
- Contribution of channel sales in Value (in Cr.) and volume achievement (units) as per the targets
- To ensure each segment and project meets the sales targeted from the channels
- To develop & drive the channel sales from the team distributed at project sites
- To meet targeted number of additions to the channel partner database every month / quarter
- To implement a mechanism for evaluation and categorization of the channel partner
- To ensure more revenue from the performing category and motivate the non-performing ones
- To prepare a calendar for the year planning out important occasions & planning the channel partners events around the same.
- To ensure regular product & price updates to channel partner
- To ensure constantly improving channel partner experience.
