Job Description This is a remote position. Your typical day at Anar: You will be part of all phases of the design lifecycle right from idea conception to designing the interface, execution, and user testing. - Understand product specifications and user psychology - Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings - Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, low and high fidelity mockups around customer needs. - Develop and apply design system (DLS) components, patterns, principles and libraries - Collaborate effectively with the product, engineering, and management teams - Perform metrics analysis post-Implementation to inform design/UX optimization efforts - Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends Pre-requisite! - At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design. - A strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user-centered design solutions for the mobile platform. - Depth of experience in a variety of design tools (product design, prototyping, and/or animation) such as Figma, Sketch, Invision. - Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows. - A basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS Standards would be a bonus. - You will love being a Product Designer at Anar if: - You give meticulous or fanatical attention to detail. - You are self-directed, can work autonomously, and lead others to deliver on a goal. - You keep abreast with the latest changes in the field of UI UX research and love implementing new things you learn. - You have a problem solving and a growth mindset: you are determined to grow fast and are willing to give what it takes. - You thrive best when helping to define the requirements, not just translating them into designs. - You've prototyped on multiple platforms. You've made last-minute tweaks between user studies. - You know how to deliver quick, crude and effective solutions but dream of better prototypes and work towards it. - You have excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills; - Analytics don't scare you, and you know which features can act as force multipliers on your company's business model.
