Anand Rathi - Quantitative Trader

1. We are seeking exceptional experienced quantitative trader to build systematic strategies

2. Experience in statistical techniques, experience conducting research on large datasets

3. Programming proficiency in Python

4. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial markets with prior independent trading experience is a must

5. Strong communication skills - ability to present ideas and strategies clearly and interact well with the team

Responsibilities:

- Drive and passion to lead a team to work in an open, creative, and collaborative start-up environment.

- Building strategies and indicators that are consistently profitable and have a proven track record (not just back-tested results)

- Risk management and Hedging

- Analysis of Volume and Market Volatility

Qualification:

- Bachelors in Engineering or courses/degree in financial engineering or quantitative finance

- Master's degree in finance or related area.
