Head HR- (Information Technology)
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement HR policies, programs and initiatives that support the organization's mission and vision.
- Partner with senior management to develop and implement strategic workforce planning and talent management strategies.
- Oversee recruitment, selection and onboarding processes, ensuring a consistent and fair approach to attracting and selecting high-quality candidates.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances and complaints.
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent, while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement training and development programs that support employee growth and development, and align with the organization's strategic goals.
- Develop and implement performance management systems that align with the organization's objectives and foster a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and manage any legal or regulatory issues related to human resources.
- Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality HR services and programs are delivered.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Good to have SHRM / HRCI certification
- Should have 15+ years (including 7+ years of IT Company) of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management, recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations, and experience managing legal and regulatory issues related to human resources.
- Ability to think strategically and develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with the organization's strategic goals.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior management and other stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
