Job Description:

The Business strategist will be responsible for assessing the competing environment and recommend / assess the strategy for various financial services, businesses of the group :

Business Strategy & Execution: Support Business Leaders and Business COOs in all aspects of business growth/change, including awareness of market trends and competitor activities, as well as support and influence new ideas and initiatives to help support growth, including assisting with technology integrations and data governance to improve efficiencies and scalability.

Ongoing Business Reviews & Reporting: Contribute to recurring business reviews to update senior leadership on all key initiatives including growth strategy, data quality, financials/reporting, and controls. Process analysis including documentation of current state and pain points along with actionable and measurable improvement recommendations.

Synergy Strategy between the businesses

Identify the synergy opportunities in different business segments, and coordinate with all businesses in the implementation of synergy strategy.

Special Projects: Execute on ad-hoc requests from management; examples include preparing communications, root cause analysis reporting, and project timelines.

Qualification:

- Chartered Accountant / Engineer MBA

- Well-versed with MS Office and latest technological tools

- 10-12 years of experience in the financial sector with reputed financial services companies or banks. Experience in building and executing a business development / financial strategy NBFC.
