Roles and Responsibilities

1. Preparation of reports relating to economic issues such as growth, inflation, government finance, banking, external sector

2. Analysis of data released by various agencies

3. Ability to analyze the impact of various economic and financial sector data on financial markets

4. Tracking of developments in the economy and financial markets in India and rest of the world

5. Macro level analysis of various sectors

6. Preparation of detailed research-oriented write-ups relating to economic and financial market developments

7. Work with sector analysts to build sectorial outlook

8. Forecasting of economic trends

Qualification and Experience Requirement

1. Master's degree in economics or finance with minimum 2 years' work experience or bachelor's degree with more than 5 years' experience in an economy/strategy team

2. Strong skill of verbal and oral communication

3. Good analytical abilities

4. Ability to network both internally and externally

5. Work experience with leading newspapers, journals, financial organizations, research organizations or any other related organization would be preferred
