We are looking for Area Sales manager for our Delhi, Mumbai, Jaipur, Bangalore, Jodhopur Location.

Role: Area Sales Manager- SME Lending

Reporting into:Sales Head

Skill requirement:

- Drive business to achieve the product volumes

- Manage key channel partner relationships

- Meet key prospects on regular basis with an objective to generate new business

- Formulate Sales and productivity plan

- Ensure a healthy credit quality of the portfolio

Functional Competencies:

- Good understanding of the SME lending market in both secured and unsecured loans

Organisational competencies:

- Execution focussed

- Good at managing relationships, Problem Solving, Conflict Management

Education:

- MBA in Marketing/ Finance from Tier I / II College

- Outstanding academic record
