We're a growing agency looking for a Campaign Manager with 2+ years of experience in running PPC campaigns in Google Ads and Facebook Ads primarily. Any experience with additional platforms like LinkedIn, DV360, Taboola, Outbrain would be a plus. Here are the qualifications we're looking for - Expert knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Search, Display and Video Ads - Ability to plan, develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google ads certification is a must, Facebook Blueprint Certification, a huge plus) - An ability to manage large campaign budgets for brands generating up to $2 mil in yearly revenue - Data-driven with a consumer-first focus. You have a track record of using analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive growth - Solid understanding of marketing research and consumer psychology - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively on a team - An ability to self-manage, juggle multiple projects and execute based on priority -Driven by details. You're meticulous, thorough, and enjoy being precise - A desire to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment with a high level of collaboration We're looking for someone who wants to push themselves and has a deep passion for Data-Driven Marketing.
