Job Summary:


- As a Senior Business Manager for International Markets at Analytics Vidhya, you will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our AI and Data Science courses and programs into international markets (especially USA).


- You will be responsible for developing and executing market entry strategies, managing key customer relationships, and driving revenue growth in the designated regions.


- This role demands a deep understanding of international business dynamics, a passion for EdTech, and a proven track record of sales success.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Market Entry Strategy:


- Research and identify target markets for international expansion (US) along with researching potential clients.


- Develop comprehensive market entry strategies, stakeholder identification, organisational structure and mapping.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt product offerings to suit the needs of international customers.


2. Sales and Business Development:


- Build and nurture strong relationships with enterprise customers in international markets.


- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.


- Build Proposals along with pre-sales team and SMEs, lead negotiations and close deals with clients.


- Collaborate with the marketing team to create region-specific marketing campaigns and promotional strategies


3. Market Analysis and Reporting:


- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape in international markets.


- Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.


- Prepare and present detailed reports on market performance, sales, and revenue projections to the executive leadership team.


4. Customer Engagement:


- Collaborate with the Customer Success & Delivery tea team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.


- Act as the primary point of contact for international customers, addressing their needs and concerns.


Qualifications/Criteria:


- Bachelor's degree (mandatory)


- Business, Marketing, or a related post graduate degree/diploma (Master's degree preferred).


- Proven experience in international business development (US), with a strong background in EdTech, AI-related or SAAS/Cloud Solutions.


- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in international markets (US).


- Minimum enterprise sales and engagement business development experience of 8 years with at-least 3 years with US based clients.


- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.


- Excellent sales leadership and time management abilities.


- Willingness to travel internationally as required (US/Africa/Europe etc).


Mandatory Requirement: Valid US B1 Visa.
