Analytics Role - Portfolio Monitoring & MIS

- Manage timely and accurate delivery of all MISs across sales, risk, collection and productivity in time

- Partner with IT and Business to understand the reporting needs and also develop SOPs for all the MISs

- Manage internal handover of standard reports built by external vendors using BI tool

- Design a business newsletter and publish trends/concerns across various dimensions

- Develop template based manpower projection ability for various departments

- Manage ad-hoc analysis

- Supervise bureau data submission process and monitor data acceptance by bureaus

- Interact with HODs and ensure correct projection of disbursal, NPA and other critical P&L items

- Manage automation campaign data generation and conversion tracking
