Analytics Role - MIS - eCommerce

About Client :

Our client is one of the fastest growing ecommerce website that deals with refurbished phones and accessories.

Key responsibilities :

- Use analytical and statistical techniques to solve complex problems and drive business decisions.

- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

- Develop compelling dashboards and automated reporting related to key performance metrics.

- Proactively partnering with internal stakeholders and delivering on reporting requirements.

- Working in collaborative partnerships with teams such as Product, Growth, Customer Success.

- Conduct full lifecycle activities which includes project requirement, data collection, data cleaning, data exploration/analysis, analytics, and client reporting.

- Should have excellent problem-solving skills. Should be able to work with management to prioritize business and information needs.

- Should be able understand user requirements and articulate the same to the technology team.

Skills, Experience and Education Requirement:

- 2 to 6 years of experience in Data Analyst or similar role.

- Advance Knowledge of Data handling tools (Excel, Google Sheets and visualization tools like Tableau, Google Data Studio etc.).

- Must be able to prioritize multiple assignments, with a high degree of accuracy, and function quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

- Developing and executing processes for monitoring data sanity, check for data availability.

- Team player with an eye for detail.

- Strong logical & analytical thinking, verbal, and written communication skills

- Works efficiently across distributed teams and should be comfortable working in Matrix Organization structure.

- Aptitude for learning new technologies and concepts

- Degree in a quantitative field (e. g., Engineering, Math, Sciences, Statistics)
