We have urgent opening with one of are leading analytics client in Bangalore.  - Developed SAS Models to determine the predicted claims and support claims analytics.  - Used Logistic Regression, Multiple Regression, ANOVA, GLM as Model development techniques.  - Key Contributor in data preparation for Model building using SAS Base/Macros, SAS/STATS & SAS/Analytics Pro with experience in handling datasets having 10M rows & 1000 of columns.  - Service Improvement on existing batch process to reduce batch execution times.  - Co-ordinate with onshore team to manage offshore dependency.  - Knowledge transfer to onshore team members about newly developed applications at client location (UK).  - Developed Extraction, Transformation and Load processes (ETL) using Ascential Datastage.  - Research and resolve production issues with ETL Datastage workflows.  - Experience in data warehousing, data profiling, data cleansing, data quality validation and Testing.  - Very well understanding and knowledge of SDLC.  - Managed Team size more than 3 people in offshore as Group Lead.  - Very Well coordination with onsite team, reporting and managing daily meetings  - Frequency/Severity Modelling on General Insurance Claims data  - Data Simulation for Insurance Case Studies  - Subject Matter Expert of SAS Models/Applications running in the project.  Note : Insurance/Actuarial experience into Mortgage/PI Home/Motors mandatory.
