Affluent analytics role would entail working across stages of Affluent customer lifecycle -
- Support new customer acquisition
- Identify upgrade opportunity from other client segments using client potential
- Managing downgrades of clients showing continuous reduction in value
- Client engagement framework basis wallet share estimation
- Identify Cross-Sell & Up-Sell opportunities
The role will -
- Play a critical role in assisting in delivering key strategic projects pertaining to Advance analytics
- Work with product managers to give product insights, recommendations, engagement/win-back strategy
- Develop AI/ML use cases
- Generate commercial value based on-boarding algorithms, Propensity Modelling, Attrition modelling, risk modelling, in order to maintain CASA and asset growth
- Entail end to end owner ship of analytics/strategic projects
