Analytics role for a leading investment bank for their HR space
We are looking out for professionals who have an experience in analytics and reporting for the HR division within the organization. Applicants should be aware on the divisions that lies in the HR team and should be analyzing and reporting various key points to the Business partners.

- Candidates with pure analytics and reporting experience should only apply.
- Candidates should have worked/currently working in HR space should only apply.
Details of the role :
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the team, handle escalations and partner with functional teams cross-divisionally
- Ensure seamless service delivery through advance planning, work allocation and resource deployment; Liaise with the global BPS team to expedite problem resolution for more complex issues
- To build capability/capacity through cross training and upskilling to deliver performance of the team
- Focus on managing relationships of clients across multiple regions
- Create/strengthen constructive relationships with key divisional and process stakeholders through engagement, execution, process improvement or new service offerings
- Provide standard and ad hoc productivity metrics to divisional and regional management
- Have a deep understanding of the global team's core responsibilities as well as the local team's core areas of focus
- Proactively identify ways to improve processes through project management to achieve overall efficiency and effectiveness
