We are hiring for a leading Financial services Organisation based at Bangalore/ PUNE

Position : Compensation & Benefits

Exp : 7- 9 yrs with good exposure in Compensation & benefits Analytics and reporting with full time MBA.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for leading HRMS and Reporting vertical of Compensation, benefits & Total Rewards

- S/he will be interface with IT team for development, implementation and modification of all system requirements.

- Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data

- S/he will drive Talent Reporting and Analytics

- Build collaborative relationships with Internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of the recruitment process with business needs
