Experience : 2- 5 years

Analytical Skills :

- Data Base Knowledge and Experience

- Handling of Large Amounts of Data; Structured, Automated/Automation & Manual

- Automation of Processes to Deliver

Technologies :

- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel including Macros & Forms,

- MS Access and file management

- MS Access, VBA are a pre-requisite for this role SQL Server,

Mandatory Skills :

- Technical and business skills to match above mentioned job description

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Publish daily, weekly and monthly team performance data and Maintain the Dashboard

- Ability to lead meetings with business stakeholders and technical peers regarding requirement gathering

- Thorough understanding of trade offs for various design options

- Understand and implement best practices, tuning and optimization.

- Understanding of Business Intelligence concepts

- Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans

- Strong analytical skills with an ability to solve the problem with a win-win negotiation approach

- Quick learner with ability to grow and improve processes.

- Assist project management team and prepare reports for all business requirements

- Develop and maintain databases for data models and recommend improvement techniques for efficient data management

- Maintain project plans and prepare reports for same.

- Evaluate trend data and develop metric reports and recommend improvements if required.
