1. Understand business needs and objectives

2. Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting

3. Define company-wide metrics and relevant data sources

4. Select, configure and implement analytics solutions

5. Oversee all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality

6. Extract reports from multiple sources (e.g. operations, IT, customer feedback)

7. Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights

8. Apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance

9. Leverage data to analyze the business unit function, identify the business drivers and recommend strategy and future course of actions

10. Manage end to end delivery including requirement gathering, solution design and business recommendation. To develop solution framework - Identify statistical techniques, implementation mechanism, tracking campaigns and pilots

11. Conceptualize modeling framework, define data requirement, create predictive variables and co-ordinate model implementation with other business partners, and create experimental designs to understand drivers of business performance

12. Should have domain expertise in the IT domain to shape the solution framework and developing business strategies to drive incremental value to the business

13. Should have expertise in advanced statistical techniques to validate the model outcomes and align it with the business needs and implementation plan

14. Shape the Digital and Mobile analytics strategy to identify future growth opportunities
