Job Description:
- Developing reports, dashboards, analysis, and automations (will be generally with SQL, PYTHON, EXCEL, in-House tools)
- Work closely with ETL, Database teams in setting up Data Tables in line with business requirements
- Ability to work with multiple Data tables, Database Models, SQL Queries, and adhoc data pulls
- Work closely with multiple internal stakeholders spread across Business Development, Operations, Marketing, Finance etc as a discussion partner to plan, strategize, derive insights and be a critical partner to grow Organisations business through data-driven decision-making
- Serving as inhouse-consultant who simplifies complex terminologies into more understandable insights to our internal clients
- Producing actionable insights that will be used to devise new strategies
- Manage deliverables, plan work allocation, assign SLAs, prioritize requests and motivate team to deliver superior performance
- Lead engagements and assignments to ensure appropriate resource utilization, and quality assurance.
- Work with the team to help build cutting edge solutions.
- Ensure that all deliverables meet client expectations, and meet all compliance requirements
- Must have excellent project management skills and have experience managing multiple work streams and projects at one time
- Must have the ability to adapt to changing business priorities in a fast-paced business environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years working experience with SQL and DataViz Tools (Power BI is preferred)
- Experience working with Python will be a plus
- Comfortable working with large data sets and numbers
- Can easily translate numbers into insights throughout a clear thinking
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
- Have managed a team
- Experience in BI teams of E-Commerce or product/Saas based companies a plus
