Analytics Manager - Data Analytics Team

Role and Responsibilities :

- Interpretation of data using innovative data analysis methods and providing analytical insights for the business teams to identify gaps and opportunities

- Statistical Modeling to support Internal projects

Understand the business problem being addressed

Ability to identify and link multiple sources of data required for the same

Identify and implement appropriate methodologies

- Collaborate with the Technology team and Data Architect(s) to orchestrate and maintain the data warehouse

- P&L and Planning support for departmental and business leadership teams

- Interact with a diverse set of senior stakeholders including Sales & Marketing, Operations, Engagement, HR and Finance

Work with departments to identify/refine the right data metric for business needs

Prioritization of requirements for reporting

- Build Business Models and periodically validate and optimize the same

- Contribution to standardization of data analysis methodologies and building an in-house knowledge base

- Training and Skill development of the Analysts team

Technical Skills / Educational Skills :

- 3-6 years of relevant work experience as a business analyst

- Master and Bachelors degree in an analytical or technical field from Premier institutes : Computer Science/ Mathematics/ Statistics preferred

- Proficiency with MS Excel and use of embedded tools for analysis

- Knowledge of statistical analysis methods such as regression modeling, hypothesis testing and clustering

- Knowledge of tools such as SQL, Tableau, R or Python for performing data analysis is a plus

Soft Skills :

- Excellent written and conversational communication skills are a must.

- Ability to interpret information and communicate effectively to stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization : business owners and senior management

- Ability to manage cross-functional relationships

- Attention to detail and quality work output in a fast-paced environment

- Team player who can motivate and guide team members
