Job Role: - Driving analytics projects along with the Senior stakeholders. - Preparing analytics landscape and aligning projects based on this. - Driving Cross sell/ up sell through designing pf offers for customers-using proprietary risk scorecards, customer transaction data, and alternate data sourcesetc - Create strategies for targeting low risk segments / identify new opportunities for cross sell -manage portfolio performance and risk regularly - Provide insights on business drivers, DSA, market opportunity, efficiency of campaigns etc. through data - Create reports and dashboards on portfolio performance & campaign performance for consumption of senior leadership team and provide insights - Develop scorecards and advanced analytical models for aiding decisioning. Skills Requirement: - Working knowledge of Python / SAS /R - Work Experience 8-10 years in analytics. At least 3-4 years in Financial services ( Retail ) - Educational Qualifications : M.Sc (Maths, Stats, Economics), MBA, B.Tech , M. Tech - Beneficial to have experience on AWS, Azure - Hands on experience in developing application scorecards, collections models, propensity models - Experience using Logistic Regression, ML, Al
