Analytics Manager - Bank

Analytics Manager with the leading Indian Bank

Qualification : MBA/ PGDM from a reputed institute. Engineering in Information Technology is preferred.

Experience : 8 + years of experience in a similar role with a leading bank / NBFC / eCommerce / Telecom Company is required.

Domain knowledge : Good understanding of key operational metrics of the business and their impact on profit and loss, revenue, customer retention, and so on. Additionally, knowledge of common use cases (e.g., default predictions, segmentation etc.) in banking and financial services/ telecom/ e-commerce is important.

General technical fluency : Must possess strong acumen in quantitative analytics and structured problem solving. While you do not need to be able to build quantitative models, you do need to know what types of models are available (e.g., deep learning versus logistic regression) and to what business problems they can be applied. Working knowledge of Python, Tableau & SAS is preferred and good command over MS Excel will be very helpful in the role.
