Roles & Responsibilities -
- Engages with stakeholders, serves in facilitative and consultative roles to scope, develop, implement, and support Analytics solutions and deliverables.
- Working closely with business campaign execution teams, develop and manage campaigns and achieve incremental revenue targets
- Help enable the Digital Transformation journey by developing Dashboards, Analytics Models, etc to enable better decision making, uncovering of opportunities or addressing business issues.
- Takes overall responsibility for data and analytics deliverables, including thought leadership in problem solving and developing recommendations and executing them.
- Synthesizes team's work to create deliverables, including reports, spreadsheets, presentations, models and other outputs to document and communicate findings to senior executives
- Oversee team to create a high level of stakeholder engagement and quality of deliverables.
- Working closely with Mgr - Analytics & stakeholder, establish cadence for planning, monitoring and reviewing of campaign execution.
- Oversee management of campaign calendar schedules with incoming campaign requests, prioritization, campaign briefs preparation and subsequent discussion with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive personalization and operational improvement programs to drive efficacy of ongoing and future programs
- Manage campaign analysis and feedback reporting
- Initiate and assist with the implementation of campaign optimisation tools and technologies including the ongoing Digital Transformation project.
- Maintain campaign related assets - target customer segment profiles, propensity models, etc
- Innovate - pitch innovative campaign ideas, explore new campaign strategies and directions, test new channels.
Technical Skills:
- MBA from a tier 1/ tier 2 business school
- 7-9 yrs of work experience, min 5 yrs professional experience in Analytics, 3 yrs in Campaign mgmt.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective client management, relationship building and collaboration skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Demonstrated project management abilities.
- Independently manage large and complex tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyze and solve complex issues and problems
- Ability to initiate and follow through on complex programs of both short and long term duration
- Ability to lead teams by provide mentoring and oversight to peers and junior members of the team
- Advanced knowledge in statistics and familiarity with programming and database constructs.
- Advanced knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS/SAS, R/Python), Marketing automation Tools (IMC,Adobe), database (MySQL) and BI tools like Qlikview, Tableau, Spotfire etc
