Manager - Analytics

Brief role description:

- Independently take ownership and deliver High end Quantitative Analytics Projects

- Mentor a team and deliver to exceed clients expectations.

- Co-ordinate with onsite consultants to ensure high quality and on time delivery.

- Take responsibility for technical skill building within the organisation.

- End to end management of analytics projects covering client engagement, understanding project requirements, formulate project plans, work hands-on with large data sets, undertake quantitative analyses along with team until solution delivery.

Desired profile:

- 5+ years of strong experience in designing and managing high end analytics projects

- A creative thinker who can design, analyse, provide thought leadership, and communicate the results of the statistical analysis to the clients.

- Should be able work independently and manage teams as needed.

- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented approach, with expertise in analytical tool kits.

- Experience in Predictive modeling, multi-variate analysis, MIS, Dashboards, Social Media projects

- A background in Statistics / Econometrics / Applied Math / Operations Research / MBA from premier institution/premier Engineering college

- Ability to adapt and thrive in the fast-paced environment that young companies operate in.
