Job Description:
Exciting Opportunity for Seasoned Analytics Professionals with Sales Force Effectiveness exposure- Optimisation and Incentivization- to set and grow from scratch the in-house practice of an MNC Pharma major for their Global facing capability based out of Bangalore.
Client Details :
The client is a major pharmaceutical MNC organisation with a long-standing past with an established presence in multiple therapy areas across multiple geographies. They are looking for a seasoned Sales Force Analytics Professional to build and lead their SFE practice based out of their Bangalore capability.
Description :
Reporting into to the Sales Strategy & Operations Sales Force Optimization Consultant, the incumbent will lead a Sales Force Analytics team to provide critical capabilities for the organisation's sales forces. Your responsibilities will include sales force sizing, sales force structure, territory alignment design and maintenance, field call planning support, and customer targeting in addition to:
- Coaching and developing a team of direct reports
- Leading a team to collate information regarding the field force size, structure, performance, etc. for purposes of analysis
- Leading the analysis of data and communication to various stakeholders
- Working with the HR and Sales teams to set annual targets for the field force and provide inputs to optimize the field force effectiveness
- Leading the creation of models such as the customer behavior profile to support the Sales team to enhance performance and track performance of the field force against plans
- Managing approval on the plan, calculating the incentive amount for all sales associates based on the plan and coordinate payouts
Profile :
As a successful candidate you must have,
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with an established expertise in the Sales Force Effectiveness Analytics piece for a Pharma/Healthcare/Life-science set-up
- Knowledge of any tools to run sales-force analytics
- Experience leading a team to collate information regarding the field force size, structure, performance, etc. for purposes of analysis
