Analytics Lead - Supply Chain/S&OP - Auto/FMCG/Manufacturing

PRIMARY PURPOSE :

- Responsible for creating and driving KPIs & Analytics capability Center of Excellence (COE) to support Global Supply Chain / S&OP group in better strategic decisions focused on issues prevention.

- Also Responsible for improving existing Analytics capabilities or develop new ones for impactful decision making.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- End to end responsibility from defining to ensuring execution of Supply Chain / S&OP KPIs and Analytics. Manage the three-member Analytics COE team.

- Design and develop various levels of Reports & Analytics and Dashboard as outlined by the Supply Chain and S&OP functional leaders.

- Develop KPIs and Analytics roadmap - identify & prioritize areas of analytics driven value creation opportunity.

- Create Prescriptive Analytics / Actionable intelligence capabilities for impactful decision making.

- Ensure that all KPIs and Analytics projects meet service-level expectations for quality and timeliness.

- Must provide Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly updates to Management on all projects.

SCOPE : Responsible for supporting KPIs and Analytics requirements for Global S&OP, Supply Chain teams across all divisions.

EDUCATION :

REQUIRED : Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, Statistics or similar.

PREFERRED : APICS or related supply chain planning certifications

WORK EXPERIENCE :

REQUIRED: Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management / Operations Management / Research and Analytics area as Project Manager, Program Manager, Analytics Manager or similar.

PREFERRED : Previous experience with setting up Supply Chain Analytics COE team offshore for US or UK clients.

REQUIRED : Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments, use initiative and judgment to accomplish results, participate as a team leader or member of a team, work under pressure and complete job assignments in an accurate, timely, and professional manner.

Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills required and ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management. Ability to deal with Ambiguity and remain focused on core processes.

PREFERRED : ERP systems - SAP preferred, Oracle. (HANA / IBP will be a big plus)
