Lead - Analytics - Statistical Modelling

We have an opening for an Analytics Lead with an Multi national Financial Service firm. Please find the details below:

Must have Skills:

- Statistical Model building experience

- 8+ yrs of Analytics experience

- Proficient in using SAS to develop statistical models

- People management experience

- Working into either Risk or Marketing Analytics

Responsibility:

- Independently leading and project managing research oriented projects and developing subject-matter expertise

- Build a reputation with direct clients as a solutioner, consultant and recommendations-driven person

- Independently conduct and drive (across the team) deep analyses across areas, insight generation and final report making

- Supervising and quality control, following best practices in project management

- Interacting with clients to understand their analysis requirements and also throughout the life of the project

- Effectively communicate findings, concerns, ideas, project management elements to multiple stakeholders in an offshore-onshore environment

- Involved in training/ learning efforts for the larger organization.
