Leader of Advance Analytics has a responsibility for the development, management of data-driven solutions and tools to provide business value for customers (BFSI sector). We are looking for a lead with strong strategic and technical expertise with knowledge of banking products and analytical skills. This role specifically refers to Advance Analytics Capabilities development. You will work closely with sales teams, product, consulting teams, technology and data teams. Roles & Responsibilities: Will involve generating business and executing analytics contracts in:- - Risk Analytics - Customer intelligence - Portfolio Management - Statistical, AI/ML - Score Cards - Data science Qualifications and Skills: - Educational qualification - Master in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) from any reputed institute - 8-10 years of experience in BFSI / Ecommerce / Fintech - Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to be able to align with various stakeholders on various levels - Experience in leading a team and developing talent, working across international borders in a complex matrix organization
