Our client is a leading FMCG brand with a presence in various geographies. They are looking for a Manager for their Analytics Capability (across Pricing, Forecasting, Marketing Spend Analytics and Business Intelligence divisions).
Description
Reporting into the Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for :
- End-to end data management, marketing mix modeling and insights generation
- Translating complex analyses and leveraging large datasets into insights and strategies
- Leading Global Media ROI Measurement for global markets
- Developing Marketing analytics with effective media targeting and real time performance measurement
- Driving data strategy to monetize existing data assets and acquire new ones
- Use innovative methods to drive analytics in the organisation
Profile :
As a successful candidate, you must have :
- B.tech/MBA/Masters in quantitative subjects from Tier 1 institutes
- At least 6 years of hands on experience in end-end marketing mix modelling development and implementation with retail or CPG clients
- At least 2 years of analytics experience in Retail/ CPG industry
- Hands on experience in end-end marketing mix modelling and other marketing analytics techniques such as clustering/cross-sell/up-sell etc
- Hands-on Programming skills in SAS, R, SQL
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
