Job Description:-
- Be a passionate subject matter expert on digital marketing, digital measurement, web analysis (inc. web analytics, app tracking, audience strategy, incremental revenue), Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Personalization and Usability and possess a strong understanding of the media ecosystem, particularly GMP and mainstream optimization and personalization platforms
- Champion best practice analytics implementation and development, primarily using Google Tag Manager
- Drive performance of analytics and optimization capabilities to impact overall business results
- Find opportunities for the business to cross-sell other services, including data analysis, attribution, ad-tech, CRM integration, marketing automation, UX, Visual Design, Development, QA, etc
- Must have a fluent understanding of Google Marketing Platform, the key benefits and how to leverage the Google stack to the greatest advantage of clients
- Deep, hands-on experience working with analytics and experience optimization solutions, ranging from auditing, campaign ideation, definition, setup, launch and reporting, measurement implementations, data analysis & insights, in-housing, presenting to large audiences and training
- Closely work with leadership team to create growth strategies, new product/service development and brand extensions.
- Build and inspire creative teams together and vendors as required that guarantees a holistic marketing capability to support the growth of the business
- Manage and optimize the websites within the group and the use of digital marketing methods to increase traffic and online demand for our services.
- Lead communication strategy for marketing initiatives and social media campaigns
- Plan, execute, and measure lead generation programs to grow the sales pipeline.
- Evaluate results of marketing activities and campaigns to measure ROI and effectiveness on marketing initiatives.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, ability to engage and inspire senior client executives and stakeholders.
- Lead and drive complex cross-functional teams towards clear, efficient, and accountable decision making and customer value delivery.
- 10+ years of relevant experience working in digital marketing domain or related field with a strong business and strategy focus.
- Experience in crafting digital or marketing strategies, along with an understanding of the technologies and tactics needed to operationalize them.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud or competitive technologies, including a good grasp of the use cases they fulfill and the features & capabilities they provide to execute on those.
- Demonstrable depth of industry expertise in at least one core vertical (e.g. retail, travel, financial services, media & entertainment), ideally multiple.
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills- both verbal and written.
- Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer success.
- Build strong working relationships and close collaboration with rest of Adobe Delivery team & Partners maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, drive initiatives, and manage change effectively.
