Looking for candidates with strong Machine learning, Sql, And Python experience

Experience- 2 to 6 years

Location - Remote

Responsibilities:

- To understand multiple data sources and set up robust QC frameworks for the data to be used for analysis

- Solve complex business problems with statistical and ML techniques

- Create pipelines for data transformations, modelling and deploy on cloud

- To work closely with clients and bring thought leadership on ways to harmonize data across various data sources

KPIs/Exec-Insights/W+:

- To generate focused and conclusive output on a business use-case as per requirement.

- To design and implement the analytical projects for insights that drive the business goals and decisions (Ex: Analyze change in behavior etc.)

- To create/publish conclusive intelligence in article/dashboard/report forms and helps drive decision making

- To define and track metrics which help evaluate the health of business

- To build automated alerting systems for proactive and preemptive actions

MW/Algos:

- To use various forecasting/ predictive modelling techniques to forecast/ estimate the target variables to be reported

- To set up pipelines to train models at scale

- To do a time series analysis of various data sources and identify reasons for variations in the reported forecasts

- To build R Shiny/ Streamlit dashboards for reporting the calculated metrics

Skillsets:

Must Have:

SQL:

- Advanced HIVE SQL (incl. window functions, advanced aggregations etc.)

- Skilled in tuning jobs for reliability and efficiency

- Python

- Scripting (re-usable classes, functions)

- Expertise in Pandas

- Working knowledge of sklearn - random forests, linear, logistic regression

- Comfortable with working on Jupyter notebooks

- Ability to re-purpose/enhance codes of published open source algorithms based on use case

- Statistics -Understanding of test /control analysis, confidence intervals, bootstrap

- Excel

- Excel basics

- Functions

- Pivot tables
