Opening with a Leading Multinational Management Consulting Firm for a role in Analytics hiring.
Role:
This important HR management role will be needed to drive and support the hiring execution of this offering in close coordination with global Practice Area (PA) teams and key Prop Data and Analytics stakeholders.
Will act as thought partner for Proprietary Data and Analytics line managers & stakeholders on all talent acquisition and HR matters.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced university degree
- 8+ years of relevant experience, ideally in an HR or Analytics recruitment based role.
- Preferred experience in managing large scale volume hiring
- Preferred experience in managing a team of recruiters or HR professionals
- Deep understanding of the requirements of an Analytics & knowledge based organization
- Experience in an international professional services organization preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a global environment with people at all organizational levels
- Autonomous, ability to manage ambiguity
- Active team player with strong organizational, analytical and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills and poise; fluent in English (oral and written)
