Study, plan and execute the overall analytics strategy

1) Use appropriate statistical models, segmentation schemes, prioritization methods and data-driven analyses to optimize service delivery and business operations

2) Actively collaborate with Operations leaders and finance leadership to identify key metrics and benchmarks for monitoring, measuring and analyzing data

3) Lead the design and development of analytical projects focused on reducing time to collect, improving processes and maximizing cash flows. Develop high impact solutions and execute them within tight timelines

4) Continuously provide high impact insights / solutions that will help acquire new clients, retain and grow current clients. Drive actionable insights, solutions and proof of concept with clients

5) Lead conversations with C-Suite members of client teams to showcase the analyses, expected outcomes , timelines and milestones

6) Demonstrate proof of concept by quantifying the impact of solutions with appropriate case studies, pilot studies etc

7) Own the end-to-end delivery of analytics projects committed to clients through effective follow through on solutions, building insightful KPI dashboards and rigorous measurement

Build, manage and develop a team of senior business analytics professionals

1) Hire and build a world-class team of senior business analysts

2) Oversee their performance and development through rigorous reviews, constant mentoring and timely coaching

3) Put processes in place to create a Center of Excellence (CoE) for Business Analytics that can be offered as a high end service line
