Analytics Head - Automotive Tech Center

Looking for a Dynamic Personality for Data Analytics and Data Science Position with having exposure 13+ yrs along with along with having leadership skills.

Overall responsibilities and duties:

- Managing large teams / capability building for 100 -200 people

- Expertise management of DSF offerings / transversal activities

- Stakeholders management with cross Business Groups within Faurecia globally thus complexity, ambiguity will be high. Agility is key

- "Go-getter" personality

- Managing people topics - hiring, skilling, integration in Faurecia, employee engagement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors/master's degree in any engineering stream (preferably in Computer Science Engineering or E&TC)

- Minimum 13 to 18 years of experience in working on industrial scale projects with prior experience in Big Data, Data Modelling, Data Mining and Segmentation.

- Strong fundamentals with prior working and hands on experience on Big data eco systems (Spark & Hadoop), Python & SQL

- Working knowledge of SQL & NoSQL Databases, PowerBI, Dataiku, Palantir is must.
