Professionals in the area of Analytics and Business Intelligence with 01 -04 years experience
This position is an integral component of a business analysis team responsible for designing, developing, executing and presenting analysis. The team focuses on delivering analytical insights to the International MR Program to help drive customer engagement and loyalty while providing premium value and superior customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Examination of customer behaviors (e.g. spend, tenure, potential)
- Creating program test designs to ensure measurability of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Measuring program and campaign effectiveness –
- Statistical Modeling for predicting Cost per point etc. for MR customers
- Developing strategies based on Machine Learning Algorithms like Recommender Engines for personalizing Membership Rewards offerings
- Working closely with MR Program Management and local Marketing teams to ensure optimization of advertising and promotion budget and Technologies investment
- Support International markets with overall MR program reporting
