Position Summary

We are looking for a Business Consulting/Analytics professional who can manage business & operations delivery collectively for key clients

Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing Client Business

- Maintain / improve profitability

- Ensuring Client satisfaction by delivering on time and maintaining quality

- Growing the business by constantly offering new services and solutions

- Building strong relationship with the client

Manage the team

- Understand clients business problem and translate into analysis frame work

- Motivate and develop the team

- Recruiting the right talent

Profile Required

- We are looking at go getters with a ‘can do’ attitude. The candidate should have an entrepreneurial bend of mind and leverage the freedom in an unstructured environment in delivering innovative solutions. Should constantly think of ‘delighting’ the client and ways of growing the business.

- The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and be able to manage the client and the delivery team.

- The key requirement is to have strong business analysis skills and the ability to adapt across different industry and functions. The focus should be on business rather than on technology or techniques.

Consulting Delivery:

- Learns, uses, and continues to perfect knowledge of statistical tools and programs.

- Aptitude to learn about the data fields relevant to various kinds of portfolios and about methods used by customers to store and retrieve data.

- Develops specifications for converting information from data files into formats suitable for analysis and performs exploratory data analysis and modeling.

- Uses Analytics tools like SAS and other such tools to help identify and evaluate the relationships between data fields and the frequency of specific conditions

- Experience handling macros, SQL queries and SAS code for identifying sampling groups, develops ad-hoc reports from datasets

- Examines output for reasonableness and conformance with brief specifications & expectations;

- Look for possible problems and investigates inconsistencies with data or with processing and take action to resolve problems.

- Build scoring algorithm designs specifications applying various statistical procedures to the data, analyzes output and determines the next action

- Produces reports and summaries for presentation to business users and depict data graphically for inclusion in presentations

- Maintains records of project progress and revisions and coordinates project archival and documentation procedures.

Skills:

- Subject Matter Exposure to BFSI / Retail / Telecom (Any one).

- Knowledge and expertise in applied statistical concepts specifically in the area of CRM and Risk.

- Ability to convert business issues into analytical briefs.

- Knowledge of multiple statistical tool sets SAS, SPSS, KXEN

- Ability to work with team to identify appropriate Algorithm & method that fit specific business challenge

- Eye for details and business understanding

- Good communication skills and strong ability to work effectively in a team environment
